We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Assistant Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Manager at our premiere resort in North Conway, NH.
As an Assistant Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the day to day for daily staff assignments
- Oversee all amenities and maintain established standards
- Work with all associations and trusts to ensure contract work is being done
- Assume responsibility as manager on duty during the absence of the department manager
- Oversee the upkeep of all equipment ensuring that equipment is properly used, stays in good repair, and is safe to use and inspected
- Assist in orientation and training of new staff
What We Expect From You:
- Must have a valid NH Driver’s License
- Knowledge of water systems/well systems helpful
- Basic Construction/Building Carpentry Skills
- Understanding of Pool & Spa Systems and chemical use (certification a +)
- HVAC knowledge
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to work independently and without supervision
- An ability to work weekends
