The Berry Companies owns and manages housing and lodging for the Mt. Washington Valley, including homes, condominiums, apartments, hotel rooms, suites, and vacation rentals.

We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Front Office Operations Manager to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests with outstanding service and leadership for our front desk team.

As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will lead and manage all functions of the Front Office operations at Eastern Slope Inn Resort to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience that meets or exceeds our standards for check-in, check-out, and guest satisfaction (or Net Promoter Score). Act as a key leader driving exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and staff performance.

  • Front Office Leadership & Staff Management
  • Guest Services & Satisfaction

  • Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Process, Training & Compliance

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination & Leadership

And perform other duties as assigned.

What We Expect From You:

  • Minimum 5 years of front office or hotel management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate stairs
