Interior Maintenance Project Manager

Attitash Village – Bartlett, NH

Full-Time | Year-Round

Pay: $75,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, leadership background, and demonstrated project management expertise.

Attitash Village is seeking a hands-on Interior Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations across resort units, common areas, and related properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and support the Interior Maintenance team
• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Oversee renovation, repair, and maintenance projects from estimate through completion
• Manage vendors, contractors, purchasing, project costs, and budgets
• Communicate effectively with guests, owners, HOAs, and internal departments
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and resort standards
• Provide weekend, holiday, and on-call support as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, property maintenance, construction, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, and job costs
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
