Guest Service Agent / Customer Service – $1,000 Sign-on BONUS

Resort Overview: Attitash Mt. Village is a four-season destination resort, with hotel rooms, suites, and condominiums. It the largest resort property in the North Conway region and the 2nd largest lodging facility in NH. The resort is located at the base of Attitash Ski Area, adjacent to the Saco River, and is only 15 minutes from North Conway Village.

Attitash Mountain Village is looking for full-time customer service professionals to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates work well independently but also thrive in a team environment, and they should radiate positive energy, be committed to providing excellent service and be looking for an opportunity to start or continue a rewarding career in hospitality.

• Work experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software a plus
• Customer service skills – greet and service with a smile
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
