Our Values:
We are now recruiting a reliable and diligent Unit Maintenance Team Member to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts. They will provide maintenance to the buildings, grounds, sports club amenities at the Resort, and related properties.
As a Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Team Worker, you will:
- Landscaping and general property upkeep
- Snow removal/shoveling
- General maintenance needs as assigned
- Preventative maintenance for HVAC, pool components
- Plumbing needs as assigned
- Painting needs as assigned
- Trouble shooting maintenance problems
- General labor – cleaning pools and related areas, building supplies, etc.
- Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
- Basic carpentry and other building-related skills
- Other tasks as assigned
What We Expect From You:
- A Valid Driver’s License
- Carpentry skills
- The ability to lift and carry 50-pound loads
- Basic Construction/Building Skills.
- Pool chemistry knowledge
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- We will train candidates looking for a career at a premiere Mount Washington Valley business.
