We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Front Desk Supervisor to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service and leadership to our front desk team.

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will:

  • Respond to guest needs and work through guest issues in a professional and timely manner to meet the resort’s Revinate standards of service excellence and Net Promoter Score.
  • Supervise RCI booking and member status processes with RCI Coordinator(s)
  • Act as next-level escalation and provide solutions to escalated guest issues.
  • Observe front office staff shift performance and adherence to set policies and procedures and offer coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of each new staff member according to set training standards and coordinate ongoing staff training with management.
  • Oversee staff schedules and facilitate meal and rest periods. 
  • Work with management to draft weekly staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ensure that all paperwork including daily reports, daily checklists, policies, and procedures for the front office are adhered to including:

Cash draws, cash balancing, daily deposits, Office Supplies, Key control, Gift Shop inventory, and a Supervisor’s Report of Incident.

  • Routinely communicate front desk needs to management and provide recommendations and feedback regarding front desk operational performance.  
  • Provide coverage for emergencies, staff call-outs, and as directed or assigned by department management.
  • Remain highly visible and available to staff and guests throughout the shift.
  • Act as Manager-On-Duty as directed or assigned by department management.  

And perform other duties as assigned.

What We Expect From You:

  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (hospitality experience preferred.)
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong problem-solving/conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Able to stand for most of each shift.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and go up/down multiple sets of stairs.
