We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to oversee all resort Units and Common Areas and the functions of the housekeeping department.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Daily review of the Housekeeping Work Chart to review and balance workload.
- Common Areas
- Responsible for Inspection of cleanliness of all Common Areas daily.
- Check supplies in bathrooms and all flooring for cleanliness and safety.
- Unit Inspection
- Inspect Units following Housekeeper completion to verify they meet Resort standards.
- Complete the required checklist on all units. Be prepared for spot cleaning as needed (always bring supplies).
- Check each unit for cleanliness, kitchen inventory, closets for bedding and necessary supplies, heating/cooling, and refrigerator settings.
- Review units for damages and report out.
- Call back housekeepers as needed to correct their work; request piecework chargeback if needed.
- Communication with Department Managers, Front Desk, and Unit Maintenance is essential for timely check-ins, repairs, and guest services.
- Clean Units as needed.
- Stock and Clean Storage Areas, as needed.
- Work with Housekeeping Management and Office staff for staff direction, daily organization, task streamlining, and a positive work environment for all.

What We Expect From You:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Housekeeping Experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and without supervision.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency.
