NORTH CONWAY, NH – The Berry Companies, the North Conway-based hospitality leader, recently named Bernie Woolums as Vice President of Facilities and Construction. In this new role, Woolums will lead the maintenance teams at Attitash Mountain Village and Eastern Slope Inn resorts, as well as construction at its commercial properties.

Prior to joining the Berry Companies, Woolums served as Facilities Manager for Downstreet Housing and Community Development, a Vermont-based company with a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Woolums brings years of experience in management and building systems including mechanical, security, automation, and HVAC. He received a BS in Engineering from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI.
